From Norway, producer and songwriter Marit Othilie Thorvik, known as Jouska, has just released the infinitely dreamy sounds of “Flower Moon.”

For those of you in the market for some ultra chill, bedroomy vibes, “Flower Moon” is just what you’ve been looking for. Upon pressing the play button, a relaxed, lo-fi beat sets the course for the track, with otherworldly, reverberating guitar chords pervading throughout the arrangement. In conjunction with various tones from the synth, the tune makes for one hell of a listening experience.

Of course, it is the mellifluous and tranquil vocal performance of Jouska that effectively hammers “Flower Moon” into the realm of dreamy pop-rock, allowing listeners to embark upon a musical journey through their emotions. Elements are added and removed at will, enabling the song to ebb and flow in conjunction with the fluctuation of our earthly existence.

Flower Moon” marks the return of Jouska, after the release of her 2023 LP, Suddenly My Mind Is Blank. Our only hope is that the song indicative of more material in the future, as “Flower Moon” beholds a vibe that we find truly irresistible. Enjoy.
