Singer-songwriter Sven Ross debuts on the blog with the mellow and contemplative indie folk track “The Man I Was Before.”
“The Man I Was Before” has a lush, timeless energy. From start to finish, it sweeps you up in a restful, easy-going atmosphere. Every element within the mix is charming, acting like a river of continually moving sounds. It has a mood that lingers in a similar fashion to Andy Shauf and Sam Amidon, but also the legendary greats of the genre, Nick Drake and Van Morrison.
