Check out Drollery!

Originally from Albacete, Spain, Drollery already have nine kickass punk songs for us to try and memorize while they finish their upcoming LP. I recommend beginning with their 2020 EP, Caerbannog, though I cannot wait to share theirBastard Santa” single this winter. Speaking of which, there are only 168 shopping days until Christmas! Or until seasonal depression. Or whatever.

Anyhoo… Nestled inside the material that they sent to us was this treasure– the video for their track, “Vino de Lejos.” It is one thing to listen to the artists that send us songs for review, but it is something else entirely to see them doing their thing. As you may very well know, videos can give the listener a better view into who you are—if that’s something the listener wants. Most of the time, the music is more than enough, but Drollery’s obvious parody of Grease is a punk rock delight and well worth the next two and a half minutes of your life.

We hope to hear more from Drollery very soon!
